Pricing

Our goal is to be the most affordable option on the market

Unlike other providers we do not charge monthly fees.

We only charge for the initial setup and support – with no time limits – you can use it forever.

Our pricing usually range between $2,000 to $4,000 one-time fee + $500 /year for support, as follows:

Essential costs:
1. Platform installation and setup (any server)  //  0.5 week  //  $500
2. Customizing the system (core functionality, fields, look & feel, branding, and more)  //  2 weeks (including reviews)  //  $500
3. Testing, Adjustments and Launch  //  1.5 week  //  $500
4. Training  //  0.5 week  //  $500

Total: $2,000

Additional feature adjustments (optional / estimated prices):
* Third party API integration (CareerHub / Student One / other)  //  0.5 week  //  $500
* Adding special rules (for example: prioritize first year students)  //  0.5 week  //  $500
* Other adjustments as needed)  //  0.5-1 week  //  $500 – $1,000

Total: $1,500 – $2,000

Maintenance and Support: $500/year

We only charge one-time fees for:
* Installation
* Customization
* API Integration
* Special Adjustments
* Large Volume Usage (over 1,000 users)
* Maintenance & Support (yearly or hourly)
